Billings Clinic announces Priscilla Needham as new CFO
Billings, MT – Billings Clinic, Montana’s largest health care organization, welcomes Priscilla Needham, CPA, MBA, as its new Chief Financial Officer. She brings more than a decade of accomplished health care financial leadership to the role. Needham most recently served as CFO of Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston, Texas; and has previous experience as a CFO or finance leader at St. Vincent in Little Rock, Arkansas; St. Alexius in Bismarck, North Dakota; and Centura Health in Colorado.
In this role, Needham oversees the financial operations of Billings Clinic and works with teams throughout the health system to ensure sound management and decisions are made at all levels; plays a key role in future growth and development planning; and helps guide day-to-day operations for the organization.
Needham has helped to lead and implement successful financial enhancements and programs throughout her career, including business plan development, capital planning, electronic health record implementations, efficiency programs and reporting processes. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
