New and established patients on anticoagulation therapy can have the convenience of fingerstick INR monitoring at our Anticoagulation Clinic.

We have certified medical examiners available to complete your exam for your CDL and DOT requirements.
Infusion Center
Billings Clinic Miles City provides infusion services for oncology patients requiring chemotherapy, biotherapy, supportive infusions, Multiple Sclerosis, Myasthenia Gravis (neurological conditions), as well as patients requiring infusion services for rheumatologic and other medical conditions. Whether you see your specialist in Billings or at our facility in Miles City, you can receive compassionate care close to home in our Miles City infusion center. Services are available during regular hours:

Laboratory
Our laboratory is nationally accredited by COLA and CLIA, and provides clinical lab testing by licensed laboratory professionals to give you same day results for your care and treatment.
Specialized testing is sent out daily to Billings Clinic main laboratory and Mayo Medical Laboratories.
Our full-service lab includes “Chain of Custody Drug Screen”.
Sleep Center
Having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep or staying awake? Our on-site sleep disorder center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, a national accrediting body for sleep disorders centers and labs, dedicated to setting standards and promoting excellence in sleep medicine health care, education and research. We offer sleep testing in our sleep center or at home, depending on your condition.
