An alternative or an addition to charitable giving during your lifetime is for you to leave Billings Clinic Foundation a gift after you pass away. A bequest is simple and convenient. You decide if you would like your gift to be a specific dollar amount or a percentage of your estate. And you may choose to designate your gift for the use of the highest priority need or restrict your gift for a specific purpose.

"I give, devise, and bequeath to Billings Clinic Foundation, located in Billings, Montana the ____ percentage of the residue of my estate (or other personal or real property appropriately described) to be used for ____. If the CEO of Billings Clinic determines that it is not feasible or economical to use the gift for the purpose stated above, the gift may be used for such exempt purposes of Billings Clinic as the CEO and/or Foundation Board of Directors directs."

Gifting a specific amount for the highest priority needs at Billings Clinic:

"I give, devise, and bequeath to Billings Clinic Foundation, located in Billings, Montana the sum of $ ____ in cash or in-kind (or _____ shares of _____ stock) to be used at the discretion of the Billings Clinic Foundation Board of Directors for the general purposes of Billings Clinic. "

Gifting a specific amount for a specific purpose at Billings Clinic:

"I give, devise, and bequeath to Billings Clinic Foundation, located in Billings, Montana the sum of $ ____ (or _____ shares of _____ stock) to be used for ______________________________ at Billings Clinic. If circumstances should at some time in the future make it impractical to continue using the income from the Fund for the purpose designated, then Billings Clinic Foundation Board of Directors may re-designate the purpose to adhere as closely as possible to my original intent."
