Sarah Peila, MD
Sarah Peila, MD, FACP, is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska, and attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska for her undergraduate degree in Chemistry. She subsequently moved to Chicago for medical school at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, where she graduated with the distinction of Alpha Omega Alpha.
Dr. Peila did her Internal Medicine training at the University of Colorado. During her time in Denver, she discovered an interest in primary care, and joined the Primary Care Track within the residency. After completing residency, she did a Chief Resident year, focusing on resident and medical student education.
Dr. Peila enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Her hobbies include reading, baking, and skiing.
