Lab Hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Scheduled appointments are encouraged for same-day care visits. Our clinic and rehabilitation areas are both accessible from the front entrance at the corner of Oak and 2nd Streets.
