Julie Kelso, MD
Dr. Julie Kelso is a board certified adult psychiatrist. She is a Montana native and received her undergraduate degree at Rocky Mountain College in Billings Montana. She attended medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and residency at the University of Colorado. She completed a public psychiatry fellowship at Columbia University and was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Columbia University where she was involved in research, medical education and community mental health. She worked at Billings Clinic from 2007-2021 where she served as Department Chair, Program Director for the UW Montana Track psychiatry residency and medical director of Integrated Behavioral Health and Project Echo. She works at Riverstone Health as a collaborative care psychiatrist and is passionate about teaching residents to deliver evidence-based mental health treatment to all patients.
