Adam Ketron, MD, PhD
Adam Ketron received his PhD in Chemical and Physical Biology at Vanderbilt University before going on to teach at Cumberland University as Visiting Assistant Professor of Chemistry. At the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, he was awarded funding as an NIH Medical Student Research Fellow, was elected to serve his class as Vice President of Academic Affairs, and volunteered with the Memphis Crisis Center. His interests include integrated care, chronic pain, addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, and PTSD.
Adam believes that listening to patients and understanding their values and goals are essential to an effective therapeutic relationship. He is committed to providing compassionate, quality care to patients of every race, ethnicity, religion, class, background, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
In his free time, Adam enjoys cooking, hiking, music, and spending time with family and friends.
