SameDay Care Services for Acute Needs at Billings Clinic West Yellowstone
SameDay Care is available when you and your family have immediate needs for acute illnesses or injuries. You may walk in at the clinic, or for a shorter wait and preferred timeframe, call ahead for an appointment. Same-day appointments will be available each day.

Primary Care
A Primary Care physician or advanced practitioner is the first contact to meet your health care needs. They will provide preventive health services, basic or initial diagnosis and treatment and supervision of your health care.
When other specialists need to be involved, primary care providers coordinate your care and manage difficult medical problems that are associated with that care.
Your primary care provider could be:
- a physician (MD or DO)
- a physician assistant (PA)
- a nurse practitioner (NP)
Our physicians and advanced practitioners (NP, PA) work as a team to provide your care. The services they provide include:
- Health care for existing medical needs
- Preventive care services
- Managing chronic conditions
- Coordination of care with medical and surgical specialists
Other Healthcare Services Available
Radiology Services
Billings Clinic West Yellowstone has digital x-ray services and EKG onsite. Our imaging is read and interpreted by Billings Clinic radiologists and cardiologists. Results will be available in our electronic medical record, and can be shared with specialists across our health system if you are seeing a specialist in one of our other locations.
Laboratory Services
Our clinic will provide several point-of-care laboratory tests to provide same-day results, including tests for:
- COVID, RSV, and flu
- pregnancy
- and more
In addition, lab draw services will be available for our labs in Billings and Bozeman to process within 24 hours.
What if I need to see a specialist?
As primary care, our providers will assist in organizing your specialty consultations and services. They will be able to coordinate with a specialist at one of our sites, including Billings Clinic Bozeman multispecialty clinic, which has comprehensive radiology and laboratory services. They can also work with your existing specialist, even if they are not part of Billings Clinic. Visiting specialists will also bring services to West Yellowstone as our clinical team identifies the highest needs.
Will a sliding fee scale be available?
